On October 17th, Giraudi Meats gathered all its partners and clients for an evening of flavors and discoveries at Beefbar Paris.
The menu featured American Black Angus, Australian and American Wagyu, but also the new plant-based brands available through Giraudi Meats, Happyvore and Redefine MeatTM .

For almost 10 years now, Giraudi Meats has been focusing on promoting Japanese Beef and Japanese Kobe beef in Europe.
In Fall 2022, in collaboration with Marika Watanabe, a young and talented Japanese butcher, brought her knowledge to Europe to teach chefs and butchers how to cut and magnify Japanese beef in their establishments.
